Each year, a group of musicians gather in Fredericksburg, put their names in a hat, and are randomly assigned into bands. Each band is given a task: write a 20-minute set of original music (plus one optional cover), then perform it in front of a live audience. Known as Fredericksburg Rock Lotto, this annual show is a night of experimental musical mayhem. Presented here is a live recording of the third Rock Lotto.
